- Site Preparation: The client or builder must ensure vehicle parking and an accessible unloading zone for compound buckets, dust extraction equipment, and scaffolding.
- Inclement Weather: For projects requiring heavy site heaters or dehumidifiers due to external humidity, dispatch dates may be adjusted to safeguard compound curing.
3. Material Supply & Logistics
When Detailed Gibstopping Limited manages material procurement (including GIB® plasterboard sheets, compounds, and paper tapes), materials are delivered directly to the project site via certified merchant distributors (such as Carters, PlaceMakers, or ITM). Sheets must be stored flat indoors in a dry area prior to fixing.
4. Electronic Documentation & Digital Invoicing
All quotations, progress reports, quality assurance inspection checklists, and GST invoices are dispatched electronically via email in PDF format within 24 hours of generation.
